If you don't have a suitable pedestal or plinth for your sundial I offer a selection specially designed to show off your sundial to its best.
The manufacturer can deliver these anywhere in the UK mainland but you need to allow 14 + days for delivery. Delivery is to your kerbside.
The Georgian sundial plinth stands 18 1/2 inches (47cm) high with a 9 1/2" (24cm) square top so is suitable for any of my armillary or flat sundials except those with a base larger than 9 1/2".
The Georgian weighs 45lbs (22kg) so can be relatively easily moved around. Two versions are available - solid as displayed or hollow with a 4 1/4" (11cm) diameter hole through the centre allowing the Georgian to be used to hold an urn of ashes.
Made from reconstituted stone (ground down stone cast in a mould) the Georgian sundial plinth has all the weather-resistant characteristics of a carved stone plinth but at a substantially lower price.
Available with a Bathstone (ivory/gold) or Portland (grey) finish.
